Hi, Hello, Hey,
I am a young artist with a lot of passion.
I have a heart for photography and a heart for the country of Paraguay.
I hope my future includes both.
My life goal is to use my photography to raise support for the indigenous tribes in Paraguay. I spent the month of January 2012 with the the Ache community of Chupa Pou. They are a beautiful people group that need help adapting to the modernizing country. I created many strong relationships with the people there and cannot wait to be reunited.
While Paraguay is a more recent passion, photography has been in my heart since elementary school. As I grew up in southern Maine I experimented and explored with both film and digital. After graduating high school I studied photography at Taylor University in Indiana. When college became out of reach financially, I moved to Colorado in pursuit of continuing my photography career.
I enjoy all subject matter as I desire to show the world the beauty that I see in everything.
Photography is not about getting a beautiful picture, but capturing a beautiful moment.
